Product Availability Statuses

Almost all of our appliances are in stock, which means once you have submitted your order and your payment has been approved, your item will ship 24 to 48 hours later.

However, there are times when an appliance is not immediately available. If your product is on backorder you will received an email within 72 hours of payment. This email will tell you when your product is expected to ship.

Items labeled as Quick Ship will ship within three business days from our warehouse in New Jersey. Actual delivery times will vary based off your location. If you are ordering multiple items and not all items qualify for Quick Ship, the order will ship when all items have been allocated.

Please note that all orders are subject to verification. Orders will not be shipped until billing information is verified.

Special Order items cannot be cancelled - all sales are final and non-refundable. Please note that you will be charged at the time the order is placed.
