Rosa Moreno Creates an Inspirational Family Kitchen with The Kitchen Design Collective™
AjMadison collaborated with Atlanta-based designer, Rosa Moreno, on a magnificent mission to create a functional space for homeowners that are one part dreamer, one part realist. Check out the luxury appliances used to make it happen!

That’s why we created The Kitchen Design Collective™ – an initiative with Luxe Interiors + Design aimed at celebrating and promoting excellence in kitchen design. Our collaboration is meant to spotlight local talent that have worked together with AjMadison to bring their expertly crafted kitchen designs to life.
Through our new Atlanta showroom, we had the privilege of working with Rosa Moreno. Since 2018, Rosa and her team at Rosa Moreno Kitchens have worked in close collaboration with their clients to deliver beautiful, functional kitchens that inspire them each and every day. Working hand-in-hand with AjMadison, she transformed an Atlanta kitchen into a luxurious, yet livable center of family life with JennAir appliances from the Rise Series.
A Perfect Process with Elegant Engineering
After going over an initial design concept with her clients, Rosa used her industry expertise to refine it, creating a plan that maximized symmetry, functionality, and style. Mixed hardware materials and a custom canopy for the range hood provided an amazing opportunity to create elegant focal points throughout the kitchen in tandem with JennAir products.
Moreno states, “We chose the JennAir Rise collection because of the mixed metals and brushed brass, which look amazing with the custom metal vent hood. The entire Rise collection takes the professional kitchen to a whole new level…My favorite feature is the illuminated backlit knobs that look beautiful and let you know when you’ve left the stove on!”
For this project, Rosa envisioned a space that was expansive, yet intimate, and innovative, yet enduring. There was no better custom appliance package to achieve that goal than one from JennAir. In addition to professional-grade designs, their appliances virtually come alive with use. As Rosa mentioned, the knobs of the range illuminate when a burner is active, which not only looks beautiful but doubles as a safety feature for her clients’ family. Upon opening its doors, the elegant side-by-side refrigerator reveals a daring obsidian black interior. The rich, vibrant colors of fruits and vegetables are highlighted by multi-point cinematic lighting, allowing you to accurately gauge their ripeness within solid glass and metal shelving. Best of all, when the excitement of entertaining is over for the night, cleanup is done in peace and quiet thanks to a JennAir dishwasher with the quietest sound rating in the industry – a virtually silent 38 dBA! By keeping an open line of communication with her clients, Rosa and her team created an inviting social space that transforms into an elegant work station and back again.
