Micky Klein and The Kitchen Design Collective™ Upgrade a Fabulous Miami Home with Family-Friendly Functionality

That’s why we created The Kitchen Design Collective™ – an initiative with Luxe Interiors + Design aimed at celebrating and promoting excellence in kitchen design. Our collaboration is meant to spotlight local talent that have worked together with AjMadison to bring their expertly crafted kitchen designs to life.

Through our Miami showroom, we had the privilege of working with Micky Klein and her award-winning design team. Through her Miami-based firm, Micky Klein Interiors, she has spent the last dozen years leading a world-class group of designers that is celebrated for their impressive roster of clients and projects amassed in the residential, commercial, hospitality, and healthcare industries. Working hand-in-hand with AjMadison, she created a one-of-a-kind kitchen that makes cooking and entertaining a snap!

The Perfect Choices for Practical Magic

Working with a narrow kitchen, it was vital that Micky and her team chose appliances from high quality brands lauded for design elements that provide seamless integration.

“For this project, we chose appliances by Monogram, GE and Bosch for several reasons. First, these exceptional brands are the ideal blend of luxury, performance and durability. The homeowners for this project stated the adjectives they envisioned for this project were “warm, inviting, elegant, and kid-friendly.” Working with AjMadison, Micky created just that. Plenty of white cabinetry and tile flooring bounce natural light around the room for warmth. Appliances evenly spread throughout the kitchen make it more inviting since no area appears as a dedicated workspace cluttered with appliances. Meticulously chosen panel-ready units, hardware, finishes, light fixtures, and more provide just the right level of elegance without appearing excessively lavish. Finally, a combination of safety and accessibility features make this space especially kid-friendly. Control locks keep curious hands from operating cooking appliances while an undercounter beverage center lets small children self-serve!
