We had selected a set of mid-range appliances from the AJ Madison website and the sales representative quickly worked up a proposal at a nicely discounted price. We were not pressured to purchase any extended warrantees in fact he assumed we did not want them. He was also helpful in suggesting a delivery option that would best meet our needs.
