Orders may be cancelled before the item(s) are shipped*, and a cancellation fee may apply. Once they are shipped, you will need to refer to our Return Policy. AJ Madison reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.

*Exceptions:
Items marked as Special Order cannot be canceled. You will be charged upon placing the order and will be considered final sale (non-refundable).
