AjMadison offers free threshold delivery on most appliances nationwide through our trusted network of shipping partners.

How It Works:

NYC Metro Area: Free delivery is available with no minimum purchase required.
Outside NYC Metro Area: A minimum purchase of $1,299 is required for free threshold delivery.

To confirm if your order qualifies, enter your zip code on any product page or in the cart.

Important Exceptions:

Deliveries to remote areas may not qualify for free delivery and may incur additional surcharges.
Some deliveries require a small truck, which may incur an additional fee. Speak to a representative for details.

What's Included in Standard Free Delivery

Inside delivery of your appliances to the first threshold. (Exclusions may apply for remote areas or locations where only curbside delivery is offered.)
Signature required upon delivery to ensure proper receipt and condition of the product.

What's NOT Included in Standard Free Delivery

Delivery up/down stairs
Unpacking your appliance
Plugging in or installation
Debris/packaging removal
Haul away/removal of old appliances

Additional Charges May Apply For:

Pro-style appliances
Appliances weighing over 300 lbs
Delivery involving stairs
Door removal for delivery access
Remote locations or ferry delivery
NYC Congestion Fee

Important Notes

Remote Areas:

Deliveries to remote areas may incur an additional surcharge.

Ferry Delivery:

A non-negotiable flat fee applies to orders requiring ferry transport.

Common ferry delivery areas include:

Fire Island
Shelter Island
Parts of Washington State
Parts of Massachusetts (e.g., Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard)

APOs/PO Boxes/International:

AJ Madison does not ship to APOs or PO Boxes.

We only ship to the continental United States.

Shipping is not available directly to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or other international destinations. However, we can ship to freight forwarders.

Warranty Note:

Products moved out of the continental United States will have their warranties voided. AJ Madison is not responsible for any issues with products relocated outside this area.
