My product arrived damaged or is not working

Unfortunately, appliances sometimes get damaged in transit or may not work once they are installed. AJ Madison sources appliances from a variety of manufacturers and we work closely with the manufacturer to get the support you need.

We need a few pieces of information so we can get the process started.

To submit a Service or Damage Request,

1. Login to your account and go to your order. If you don't have your login information handy, you can also

click here to visit the order tracking page

Enter your order number and email address

2. Under each item there will be a blue button that will allow you to submit your report

Please complete the report within the next day or two so we can begin working on your request. Requests submitted more than 5 business days after your order was received may not be eligible for support.
